and acetone; It can dissolve resin and oil. It's dissolving
capability is better than aether and acetone; The moisture with
methanol can dissolve nitrocellulose which contains azote; The
solubility in water is 32.3%(wt) under 16 ℃; and the wate
solubility in methanol is 4.3%(wt). It is stable with alkali under
normal temperature, but decomposed into formaldehyde and methanol
when heat together with hydrochloric acid. Use: Methylal is an important chemical raw material which can be used
extensively. It is widely used in cosmetics, pharmaceutical,
household purpose, car cares, insecticides, leather spray, rubber
industry, painting and printing ink, etc. Meanwhile, due to it's
good ability to wipe out off oil and volatility, it can be used as
